"Nada Soso" on its way to 5 bil. gross?

Not much is going on at last weekend's box office in Japan.  There are two new opening foreign films ("Black Dahlia" and "16 blocks"), and no hogas in the top 10.

Satoshi Tsumabuki's "Nada Soso" is keeping its 2nd position after "World Trade Center", and is reported to be getting closer to surpass Hiroyasu Doi's previous big hit "Be With You" and reach 5 billion yen gross.

"Hula Girl" also is steadily gathering crowd at 4th position with a strong word of mouth, and Eiga.com speculates that it may be able to reach 2 billion yen.

Speaking of "Be with You", its star Shido Nakamura, who recently was introduced to the U.S. as the final opponent of Jet Li in "Fearless", started his stage act "Mori no Ishimatsu" in Tokyo earlier this month, after the "drunk driving while midnight ride with an actress" scandal.  I found a picture of Shido's Ishimatsu here.  For those of you who are not familiar with him, Shido is a Kabuki actor by training, and this type of costume period drama is his home ground (although "Ishimatsu" is not a Kabuki act).
